Who I am
This website, moniruzzamantalukder.com, is the portfolio of Moniruzzaman Talukder, a web developer and AI engineer from Bangladesh who works with clients around the world. This policy explains what personal information I collect through the site, why, and what choices you have. For any privacy question, write to alhrigroup@gmail.com.
Information I collect
- What you send me. When you email me, message me on WhatsApp or book a call, I receive the details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, project details and the time you choose for a call.
- Technical data. Like most websites, the web server records your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you open and the time of the visit. If analytics is turned on for this site, it records similar usage data.
- Cookies. The site and the services it uses may store small files in your browser. See “Cookies” below.
This site does not offer user accounts or public comments, and I do not ask for payment details here.
How I use it
- To reply to your message and send you a plan or quote for your project.
- To plan, deliver and support the work you hire me for, and to send invoices.
- To keep the website secure, fix problems and understand which pages are useful.
- To follow the law when it requires me to.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Services that help run this site
Some features are provided by other companies, and they receive technical data such as your IP address when the page loads or when you use them:
- Google Fonts serves the Poppins typeface used on this site.
- Cal.com handles call bookings. What you enter in the booking window goes to Cal.com and to me.
- WhatsApp and email providers carry the messages you send me.
- Hosting, security and analytics tools keep the site online and show how it is used, where they are installed.
- Embedded media such as video or social posts, where I add them to an article.
These companies have their own privacy policies, and I recommend reading them.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This site itself needs very few. Third-party services such as Cal.com, embedded videos or analytics can set their own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but a booking window or an embed may not load correctly.
Who sees your information
Only me, and the providers that I use to run the site and to work on your project, such as hosting, email, scheduling and file-sharing tools. I may also share information when the law requires it or to protect my rights. I do not rent or sell contact details.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and project records for as long as needed to answer you, deliver the work and meet tax and legal duties, and then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a short time for security.
Security
I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as secure connections and limited access. No website or online service can be fully secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how I use it or ask me to stop contacting you. Write to alhrigroup@gmail.com and I will reply as soon as I can. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has sent me information, please tell me and I will delete it.
Information across borders
I am based in Bangladesh and work with clients worldwide, and the services listed above may store data in other countries. By contacting me you understand that your information can be processed outside your own country.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
