Agreement
These terms apply when you visit moniruzzamantalukder.com or hire Moniruzzaman Talukder (“I”, “me”) for a project. By using this website or by accepting a proposal, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
Services
I offer website development (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Angular), SEO, social media marketing and AI automation built with Python. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline of every project are written in a proposal or quote that you approve before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Quotes and payment
Prices, deposits and payment dates are listed in the proposal or invoice. Work starts after the agreed deposit is received. Final files, login details and the live launch are handed over once the full amount is paid. Unpaid invoices can pause the project.
What I need from you
- Text, images, logos and other content for the project, or a clear brief for me to write and source them.
- Access to your hosting, domain, accounts or tools when the work needs it.
- Feedback and approvals in reasonable time. Long delays can move the delivery date.
- The right to use everything you send me. You confirm it does not break anyone else’s copyright or trademark.
Timelines and revisions
Delivery dates are my best estimate and depend on timely feedback and content from you. The proposal states how many rounds of revisions are included. Extra rounds or changes of direction after approval are quoted separately.
Ownership and licences
When the full payment is received, you own the final custom design and content made for you. I keep ownership of my own tools, code snippets, frameworks and know-how that I reuse across projects, and you get a licence to use them as part of your website. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software stay under their own licences, and the licence cost is yours unless the proposal says otherwise.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I may show the finished project and my role in it in my portfolio and on social media.
Content on this website
The articles, designs, code samples and project pictures on moniruzzamantalukder.com belong to Moniruzzaman Talukder or to the client or owner named on the item. You may share a link to them. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without written permission. Brand names and logos shown belong to their owners and appear only to describe past work or tools I use.
Using this website
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it at scale, send spam through the contact options, or upload harmful code. I may block access when this happens.
Confidentiality
I treat business information, access details and unpublished material you share with me as confidential and use it only for your project. This does not cover information that is already public or that I am required by law to disclose.
No guarantee of results
I build every project with care, but I cannot promise a particular search ranking, traffic, sales or follower count. SEO, marketing and automation results also depend on search engines, platforms, competitors and third-party services that I do not control. Websites and software depend on hosting and other providers, and I am not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost business. My total liability for any claim linked to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Cancelling a project
Either of us can end a project with written notice. You then pay for the work completed up to that date and for any non-refundable costs I already paid for the project. Deposits cover the time reserved and the work started, so they are not refundable once work has begun, unless the proposal says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. If a problem comes up, please contact me first so we can try to solve it together before any formal step.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. An approved proposal stays under the terms that applied when you approved it.
